In a nutshell, this blog is about striving towards A Tempered State (of Body and Mind)... Phoar, that sounds so self-righteous I'm grimacing from my idiocy. So, let's cut the BS, I'm into fitness, cardio-strength training, so sometimes I'll blog about it. I'm also into movies and books, so I'll write about that, too. Other times, I'll just keep my opinions to myself. Or not.
